Here is the step-by-step process of how we screen print your art onto a t-shirt.
What We Do
1. Print Color Separations onto film.
2. Make sure everything lines up, and fill in gaps.
3. Expose the emulsion coated screen.
4. Wash out the stencil.
5. Key Off to line up art for all other colors.
6. Tape around the edges of the screen.
7. Block out the rest of the screen with glue.
8. Set the screens on the press and add ink.
9. Pull the ink using the squeegee.
10. Put the shirt through the dryer to cure ink.
11. Ready to Wear!
