Due to the custom nature of our screen printing services, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders once they have been approved and printed.

Order Accuracy

We take great care to ensure your order is printed accurately according to the approved design, specifications, and quantities. Prior to production, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs and order details. By providing final approval, you acknowledge that all information is correct.

Damages or Defects

If you believe there has been an error on our part or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we are committed to resolving any issues caused by a mistake in production.

Customer-Provided Materials

We are not responsible for any damage to garments or materials provided by the customer. All customer-supplied items are printed at your own risk.
